Younghoo Lee
이영후

Younghoo Lee (b. 1990) builds structures from thin, computer-generated lines that accumulate into forms resembling temporary construction scaffolding, exploring Derrida's concept of différance — the interplay of difference and deferral between the temporary and the permanent. He holds an MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts (New York) and a BFA in sculpture from Hongik University, and completed residencies at Trestle Gallery (Brooklyn) and Art Mora NJ. He was selected artist of the 14th Suhoh Gallery open call in 2021.
