Under the theme of "a journey of one's own," An So-young's work follows the free journey of a woman. The artist spontaneously imagines her subject's destination, building a rich narrative structure like a short story. The rectangular strata that resemble cliffs appear precarious, yet capture on canvas our everyday lives, lived peacefully despite countless incidents and accidents.
