Won Beomsik

Won Beomsik is a photographer whose "Echo-Image-Sense" series seeks to visualize human consciousness, treating light as the agent that makes photography possible and searching for a parallel agent to materialize consciousness itself. He holds a PhD in Photography from Hongik University (2019) and an MFA in Fine Art Media from the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL (2012), and has held solo exhibitions including "Echo-Image-Sense" at Choijungah Gallery (2018) and "Scenery" at Soohoh Gallery (2016).
