Yang Jae Young Solo Exhibition: Kidult Code

Kidult is a portmanteau of "kid" and "adult," describing the cultural phenomenon of adults in their 20s and 30s who cannot forget the nostalgia of childhood and continue to consume it. The artist reinterprets that psychology, using simplified geometric forms drawn from beloved childhood animation characters, made from paper and mixed media, in both color and black-and-white versions.
