'The World in Cartoons' Exhibition

A cartoon exhibition by three cartoonists — Ttonggae "Kim Dong-beom," Goguma "Lee Dae-ho," and Dalmado "Han Sang-yun" — who portray the state of the world with humor and satire. Kim Dong-beom's "Love-ya" series speaks tenderly of the many faces of love, from young couples to heartbreaking parental love. Lee Dae-ho's "Booze Wheel of Love" series channels his affection for drink and the solitary monologues found at the bottom of a glass, portraying the loneliness and longing of ordinary people, from a "goose father" living apart from his family to those with thin wallets and modest company. The exhibition finds, in Goguma's varied works, not just the artist's own image but a reflection of the viewer's.
