Seonju Jeong: The Sweet Sensation

What lies beneath the popular images shaped by contemporary society? This exhibition began with a question about the duality of the beauty instilled in us, and its symbolism. A bowtie, an angel's wing, candy — images familiar to us all, evoking lovely, happy associations. Yet the illusion these images create is one we ourselves have made, and it carries a double-edged symbolism.
