Melanie Dylan Kim

Melanie Dylan Kim (b. 1989) is a Korean-Australian artist based in Australia who explores physical and psychological worlds through a surreal lens, sharing intimate everyday life and hidden fantasies. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the University of Technology Sydney, and her paintings, such as "Bury Me With My Sundress," satirize the pursuit of material and social validation while inviting viewers to find shared, familiar experience in her imagery.
