Taeim Ha

Taeim Ha (b. 1973) creates abstract paintings built on the harmony between concealed and revealed color, where repeated brushstrokes form structural patterns across the canvas. She studied at the Beaux-Arts de Dijon and the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, and earned a PhD in fine art from Hongik University. She won the Prince's Award at the International Contemporary Painting Exhibition in Monaco (1999), and her work is held in collections including the Seoul Museum of Art, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art's Art Bank, and the Nouveau Musee National de Monaco.
