Nam Pyo Kim

Nam Pyo Kim's "Instant Landscape" series builds imagined castle-like structures and cityscapes from pastel and mixed media, exploring fragmented, layered perception of place. He holds a BFA and MFA in Western painting from Seoul National University. His many solo exhibitions include "Castle" (Gallery NoW, Seoul, 2021), "Insatant Landscape – Goosebumps" (Kana Art Center, Seoul, 2017) and "Instant Landscape – Traveler" (Seoul Auction, 2013), alongside the collaborative "TENT" project with Yoon Doo-jin.
